1. Our drivers/independent contractors are fully trained and orientated before they provide services to Rx Express and its customers.

2. Rx Express can customize training programs to our customers needs. We encourage drivers/independent contractors training at our customers facility in compliance to Joint Commission requirements.

3. Our drivers/independent contractors are orientated in proper attire and identification requirements.

4. Our drivers/independent contractors are uniformed with photo ID Badges.

5. Rx Express provide our customers with Driver/Independent contractor driver's license and background checks . 

6. Our  drivers/independent contractors are trained that if a delivery can't be completed or is refused, the pharmacist “On Call” will be contacted immediately for further instructions or arrangements.

7. Our drivers/independent contractor are also informed that NO Shipment is to be left at a neighbor, third party residence, or facility, ONLY if “Pre-Approved” by the Pharmacy's Pharmacist or proper “on-call” personnel.
